TV presenter, podcaster and renovator Shelley Craft and her husband, real estate agent Christian Sergiacomi, have sold their latest project in Byron Bay. Known as ‘Pietra’, the Tuscan-inspired bungalow sold off-market for $6.5 million, according to Domain.

The host of The Block reportedly purchased the former ’90s brick home, which is positioned on a 2905-square-metre block in Suffolk Park, back in 2022 for $1.8 million. Alongside Christian, Shelley spent around a year transforming the property into a spacious, Italian villa-style family haven for the couple and their two children, Milla and Eadie.

“We kept the original bones but had to lift the roof (literally) to bring in all that gorgeous natural light, channeling major Tuscan villa vibes,” Shelley said in an Instagram post. “The result? A home that’s timeless, elegant, and beautifully simple…”

The couple engaged Belcon Constructions for the renovation, resulting in a resort-style three-bedroom, three-bathroom home featuring a swimming pool, infrared sauna, outdoor shower and oversized kitchen with butler’s pantry.

The multimillion-dollar house flip isn’t Shelley’s first; the Aussie presenter has renovated more than 20 homes over the years, including her former home in Belongil Beach which she sold for a whopping $9 million back in March 2023.

While we’re yet to hear of Shelley’s next project (and undoubtedly, there’ll be another!), we’re sure to see her back on our screens soon for The Block’s 21st season in Daylesford.
